Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns:

  • If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, you may do so within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the return and issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
