Nylon Ropes – Bulk Orders
Nylon is the strongest synthetic rope material for DIY project, it can be used for shock absorbent, towing
and many more common requirements. Nylon ropes are better compared to Polyester rope where need
to stretch little and return to position for shock absorbance but for some users need to use Polyester rope.
Polyester stretches very little so not advisable for shock absorbance wherever require. Nylon material
have specific gravity more than 1 so can not float on water. User’s need to see the strength, elongation
and specification of rope before selection. Nylon absorbs more liquid compare to Polyester so it can lose
some strength in wet condition. Nylon rope can not withstand heat very well and start degrading at about
210 degree Celsius, so it is not advisable for extreme temperature
Polyester rope – Bulk Oder
Polyester loses stretch about 10% under pressure so it is most suitable for low stress like flag poles,
tie downs etc.Polyester rope is better compared to Nylon in terms of liquid absorbency, Polyester rope absorb very less water even it can sink in to water and better in wet condition so it can be better for Marine application. Polyester melting point is about 260 degree Celsius so better to withstand extreme temperature. Polyester rope has low water absorbency and high temperature resistant compared to Nylon. Polypropylene ropes – Bulk Orders
Polypropylene ropes have lots of versatilities for uses. Its specific gravity is 0.91, which is lesser than water so it can float on water. Polypropylene ropes is majorly used in CYNOLOGY, WATER SPORTS, GARDENS, BOATING, and YACHETING.
